Mountain R.A.T.S. (Race Across the Summits)

Located just a short drive from Denver, CO Mountain R.A.T.S. is a world class stage race that is now accessible to everyone who has considered doing an adventure race or expedition running race. It is a compilation of some of the most incredible trails the Rocky Mountains has to offer. Racers can check in Thursday morning and arrive home Sunday night in time for work on Monday morning, this race will be one of the most challenging “weekends adventures†you will ever experience.
Mountain R.A.T.S. will consist of four stages with distances ranging from approximately 10 to 25 miles per stage. There will be checkpoints stationed along the course every 5 to 7 miles. Competitors are required to be self-supported throughout the event and must carry all their own food, gear and clothing for all four days. Gemini Events will provide a tent and transport a sleeping bag for racers. Each night, there will be a central area where racers can access hot water and socialize with other racers.
