| I have been an endurance racer since I was 8 years old when I entered my first half marathon on snowshoes. I spend three years with the US triatlon team, and last year raced with TEAM EMS, and loved the Adventure Racing scene. I grew up in the Adirondack Mountains and loved ice climbing, mountain biking, running, and of course paddling. When I found Adventure Racing I fell in Love... and I hope I can find another great Team like EMS to race with this year!!! |

| Best AR discipline | I suppose paddling, but my cycling is pretty good, maybe running I was a collegiate XC All - American so...? |

| AR best moment | 2005 Michigan Coast to Coast... 2nd Place overall.... and we paddled the raft section with basically two flat rafts. Not Bad ... |
| AR worst moment | Throwing up for two hours straight at Michigan Coast to Coast during the paddle I totall guzzeled some Gatorade... and that was a bad idea... not fun! |
