Grew up orienteering. Moved to Norway to pursue my international ambitions in 1994, lived there for 10 years and was a full time athlete for much of this period. Retired from international orienteering in 2005 with 13 British titles, and several World Cup, World Games and World Championship medals as happy reminders of a 25 great years in the sport.
'Dabbled' in International Mountain Bike Orienteering last year and then discovered AR through the Compasspoint guys.
Absolutely loved it from the first hour of the first race; Love the teamwork, Love the challenge of mastering new disciplines and am loving pushing myself to further and further extremes.
