Background in orienteering and mountain biking before realising what I'd been missing in AR (more hours in the hills, more views, more fun, more pain...).
Joined Team Accelerate in 2007 and promptly missed the next 6 months travelling around Asia and returning with a torn hamstring!
Raced regularly, for longer and with more success, in 2008 and 2009 and great to finally turn a string of 2nd and 3rd places into 1st's at the 2009 Open Endurance series.
