Adventure racing is the staple of my life. It has bonded me with my team mates and shown me how to be a stronger person. Especially when my teammates have holes in politically incorrect places in their knicks... My last teammate didn't earn the nickname "Butthole Surfer" for nothing... To have to peddle and kayak behind him was a real test of courage.
Logistically, I am complete disorganized and only get to the events with the help of the team & even then generally late. |
