| I started out with triathlon and mountain biking and then had a swift introduction to AR when Nav4 needed a female for their heb challange team in 2007. I had never done anything like it before so I started with the open 5 and complete the ACE race 2 day series that year and I have never looked back. I couldn't have asked for better to people to race with when I started with Nav4 and team up with Jan Islei. Each year I love finding new races to try as I still feel farely new to it all. I have started fell running this year and completed my first mountain marathons. I am slowly creeping up my triathlon distances but really enjoy the mountainous ones like Helvellyn. |
