| Coming from NZ you would think that I would have had some sort of racing background, but I was more of a touch rugby and netball player back home. I got involved in adventure racing through a friend. I filled in for one of her teams when they were short a couple of years back and have progressed from there. Basically I run, bike and kayak like a girl - fortunately I can get away with it. |

| Best AR discipline | Carbo loading for a race |
| Worst AR discipline | Kayaking - I have spaghetti arms that don't produce alot of power |
| AR ambitions | To do well in this years Adrenalin Rush, improve my down hill running so I can keep up with the boys |
| AR bugbear | Pushing my bike, I hate it with a passion |
| AR best moment | Coming 2nd in Adrenalin Rush 2003 |
| AR worst moment | Having to pull out of this years High Peak Marathon with only 10 kms to go |
| My AR best results | 2nd Adrenalin Rush 2003 |
| 5th Southern Traverse 2003 |
| 3rd XXX 2003 |
| 4th Salomon 2003 |
| My next AR events | Adrenalin Rush |
| Ace Race Barc qualifier |
| Favourite AR race | Adrenalin Rush 2003 |
| Favourite piece of kit | Seal skin socks - I really don't like cold, wet feet |
| Advice(tip) for other racers | Engage one of your team mates - you can't lie about how much training you have done |
