| My first adventure race was the RBNE in the Cairngorms.It was a great introduction to AR and one that got me hungry for more. Since then I've competed in about half a dozen events every year, almost exclusively with Team total-adventure.co.uk and am looking forward to the challenges of the Wilderness ARC.
I also enjoy competing solo in duathlons, hill races and the odd ski race.
