| During my studies I got involved with different kinds of outdoor sports. To perform optimal in these disciplines I started training for so called 'survival runs', a trailrun of 20 to 25 km with some 50 obstacles (rope climbing, bow shooting, wood chopping, swimming, kayaking etc.). These races I finished within the top 3 of The Netherlands. Now I'm focussing on Adventure Racing. Adventure racing to me is the ultimate form of outdoor sports. |
