| After a lot of cycling and some quarter-triathlons I started participating in survival runs. However, the 2-hour duration of these runs tends to be a little short to get really warmed up. Started with some of the North Face races in 2003 and a lot of races followed. I usually participate in 1 or 2 day races in nice areas in Europe, preferably on a 1 day car-drive distance. The fun of playing outside is more important than high ranking, the best result is a good feeling... |
