GORE-TEX Trans-Alpine Run
The GORE-TEX Transalpine Run, one of the world's toughest, most spectacular and emotional trail run events, celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2014.
Seven stages - from 2 to 8 September 2018 - form a worthy setting for one of the most important stages in the world. This time for the second time the new east route, which celebrated its premiere in 2016, is on the program. 300 teams start this year on 2 September from Garmisch-Partenkirchen to one of the last great adventure, the Alpine crossing on foot. After that, in seven days Austria will travel to Italy. The grand finale will take place on 8 September in Bressanone in South Tyrol.
