Durable water-repellent – for fleece styles is an absolute technological breakthrough. Up to now, water-repellent characteristics could only be achieved through surface treatment of the overall fabric. In this technological innovation, each individual fibre of the material is given a water-repellent coating. This form of waterproofing provides extraordinarily high protection against water and is many times longer-lasting than conventional methods. At the same time, it is breathable and therefore ideal for mid-layer products. And the best thing about it: SUPER DWR is a 'clean chemistry' technology – no water is used in its production!
