On top of winning the new Pontiac Torrent, Laura and her teammates won the 3-6 hour urban race that day. Far ahead of the rest of the pack the Chumplesteins: Dave Zietsma, Mike Popik, Laura Rowe, Steve Topham; finished at 2:21 p.m.
