Marg Finds Success in Costa Rica

Marg is still in Costa Rica, so the details are limited at this stage, but what is clear, is Marg Fedyna (Edmonton) has won La Ruta de Los Conquistadores. La Ruta is one of the toughest stage mountain bike races on the planet, and takes place annually in Costa Rica.

Super excited with the outcome of this race. It was a tough tough Day 1. Day 2 brought back a smile and Day 3 topped it off. The kindness of the Costa Rican people showed throughout with their cheers and support. It was an honour to hear so many women inspired by my efforts. I have never had my photo taken so much! I felt like a rockstar in this race. The race organizers did an awesome job putting on a UCI calibre event. Much appreciation to the racers support while riding and especially finishing with #241 Luis Chinchilla. The post-race socializing was super.
