Starting at 10.00am sharp. The race is a gruelling 5-stage Running (Bush and Road) and Road Cycling Individual OR Team endurance event, in and around the beautiful Southern Highlands town of Bundanoon, comprised of 3 runs and 2 road cycles, totaling 72.3km

Stage 1. RUN 7.5km
Stage 2. CYCLE 30km
Stage 3. RUN 6km
Stage 4. CYCLE 24km
Stage 5. RUN 4.8km
