Those folk returning from last year expecting this year to be a bit easier having done one already, dont count your chickens yet.

Expect anything, 200 plus team will launch an all out assault on the Sydney CBD and its environs. Buses, trains, ferries, monorail, light rail, all will be legal modes of transport, and if our sources are correct you could be hitting one early on, just in case you think you can sneak a taxi in, DONT, there will be over 400 sets of eyes out there looking.

Race Organisers Max Adventure said \"its going to be huge, we are over the moon with the response\" and \"it just reflects how the sporting and outdoor community have embraced this concept\"

Organisers have also warned competitors to keep hydrated as current weather conditions have been brutally hot, not such an issue last year, but organisers cant promise a return of that weather.

Personally, i hope it pours down. :)
