2007 In Detail

Having already announced 3 Rat Race dates (with more to come), Detail Events have now set out the dates for their remaining events for 2007. There is plenty to keep runners, riders and multi-sporters occupied, and there are some good early-bird entry offers available if you enter this year.

ACE Races

The first full season under Detail Events management sticks with the tried and trusted format for the UK’s best known AR Series, with the One Day event venues from 2006 repeated and the 2 day races visiting some new locations. The Full Monty is back as well with Phil Humphreys as Race Director.

Scottish AR “Wan Dae” Series

After a successful first year, the “Wan Dae” races will be returning to the popular Drumlanrig Castle venue, followed by a foray onto the ferry for an event held entirely on the Isle of Arran. Then it’s back to the East Coast for a Pentlands outing. Entries open on 1st December and all those who enter any 2007 events in December 2006 can enter at this year’s prices. (On 1st January, prices will go up to allow more folk to take part and to develop the course and the excitement of the “special stages.”)
