Eurobodalla literally means “Land of Many Waters†and this is what competitors will be navigating through for 24 hours over the long Australia Day weekend. Between the magnificent, deserted beaches and the ocean to the east andthe rugged mountains on the western edge of the region, teams will find their way through forests, bushland and rivers for a real taste of wilderness only hours away from civilization!
The Barlings Beach Tourist Park, located right on the beach will play host to the event and offers special deals for friends and families who will come to cheer the participants on and enjoy a couple of days away from home. two nights of camping are included in the entry fee for the racers so they can settle early on Friday evening and plan their race.
