Last years race was huge, with over 145 participating teams, so we expect lots of returning competitors. But there should be plenty of first-timers too as this event is perfect for beginners, families included!

A popular staple of last year’s event was the location of the event hub at the pub and it
looks like this will be the case again in 2007! There will also be some great deals on accommodation at the Novotel - right at the finish line – in case some racers just want to crawl into bed after they finish.

First teams are expected to complete the course in 2.5 hours while everyone else should finish within 3-4 hours. There is a cut off at 4.5 hours. As an incentive for the
faster teams, there will be a bonus section to complete so they get to spend time out
there a little longer.
