The company involved have come to SleepMonsters rather than making a sale via the usual commercial routes, because they are looking for people passionate about the sport, rather than someone who will just assess a balance sheet. (Though that’s very positive.) That said, anyone who applies does need to be in the position to raise the necessary capital for a purchase. (It’s a small business with only a few staff, so we are not talking about raising millions here.)
