- registration opens on December 1, and costs 2000 Euros until February 1, after which date the cost will be 2400 Euros
- the registration fee includes all transfers to and from the international airport in Madrid, hotel accommodation before and after the race, and all race maps etc...

- participation is limited to only 35 teams, who will be selected strictly by the order in which their registration is received
