South East Qld Hosts the Tre-X Off Road Triathlon Champs

The Tre-X Off Road Triathlon Series is designed for first timers and experienced triathletes to get off the beaten track and come along and try this new event format. Like other triathlons the Tre-X Series includes the disciplines of swim, bike and run, but with a new twist the Tre-X Series is run \'off road to add a new element of adventure to this tried and true format.

Slickers is an awesome private property that boasts natural bushland, wildlife and an expansive lake. The course offers a diverse range of fast flowing mountain bike trails, single tracks, creek crossings and open fire trails that will make for a course that is designed for fun, speed and endurance.

The champs event is the culmination of the 2007/08 Series and will be held on the 9th of March, 2008. The long course event includes:

1000m Swim

25km Mountain Bike

10km Trail Run
