Adventure Week is a 10 day long festival of outdoor races, contests, clinics and social events taking place at Farragut State Park, 30 miles north of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, June 5—14, 2009.Robyn Benincasa, the world’s most successful female Adventure Racer, will be competing in the “Crux and the Crucible†at Adventure Week 2009 in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, June 5-14.

Robyn is a legend in the Outdoor world; In the past 13 years, besides having completed (8) Ironman races (including two top 3 finishes in Kona in her age group), Robyn has completed over 36 “expedition length†Adventure Races (7-10 day non-stop multi-sport events), and has earned World Champion honors in both the Eco-Challenge and the Raid Gauloises. In 2004 she organized some of the best racers on earth to form Team Merrell/ZANFEL, ranked among the top three teams in the world.
She is also a member of a 3 woman/1 man fire crew out of Carmel Valley, Ca, and is a renowned motivational speaker. Her website is www.worldclassteams.com.
