<b>T-Shirts</b><br />
All participants of the 2009 LR&S will receive a GUATS T-Shirt. These T's retail at $40 and are included in your race entry.<br />
<br />

This will be THE most comfortable t-shirt you own! No kidding.<br />
<br />
GUATS T’s are made from its signature bamboo organic blend fabric. GUATS Bamboo is incredibly comfortable and breathable, and is naturally moisture wicking, thermal regulating, antibacterial, hypoallergenic, uv-resistant, antistatic, and biodegradable. <b>Kids</b><br />
This year includes a kids race consisting of a 500m paddle - 2km Mountain Bike - 1km Trail Run
(Suitable for kids aged 6 to 13).<br />

Show them the excitement of racing in nature.<br />
<br />
To register for the kids race, send us an e-mail with the child's name to info@logsrocksandsteel.com.<br />
<br />
There is no cost to enter the kids race, but a preregistration is required and a parent/guardian must sign a waiver before the event. Parents or guardians are encouraged to paddle with the kids.<br />
<br />
Canoes will be provided free of charge for the kids race.
