14º Sports Marketing has launched Outdoor Adventure TV (OATV) at www.outdooradventuretv.com. This site is designed to showcase adventure sports that do not get attention and airtime from the mainstream media and it capitalizes on the surge in broadband Internet access in the home.It launched today showcasing adventure racing event produced by Connecticut based Genesis Adventures, Inc. The current offerings on the site include a free video clip from a 2003 New Balance Genesis Adventures race and two premium programs covering the first two races of the 2004 New Balance Genesis Adventures Sprint Adventure Race Series.
Premium programs on the site range will from 25 to 45 minutes and include race highlights and interviews. The cost for premium programs runs from $3.50 to $5.00 depending on the content. OATV also plans to add an Introduction to Adventure Racing program that was recently filmed for sportskool as well as future Genesis Adventures races. It should be on the site in August. You’ll need Window Media Player 9 to watch online, but there are options to buy VHS and DVD copies of the trial programs as well.

Future plans for OATV include adding to its adventure racing inventory as well as establishing additional adventure sports content such as mountain biking, kayaking, rock climbing and trail running through event and instructional content.
