Naomi will be participating in a charity ROAD ride in November 2009, she will be part of a crew of riders (of which there are only 3-4 females) riding from Canberra to Melbourne to raise money for the Amy Gillett foundation<br />
The foundation is focussed on reducing the incidence of cyclists involved in motor car accidents each year, primarily through driver education... and as Naomi said “considering I have had at least one near death experience thanks to a car I welcome the foundations campaignâ€Â<br />

Myself, i could probably name 4 or 5 who have had close shaves, so i can also see the importance of this as i am sure most can out there.<br />
<br />
The one proviso of taking part in the ride is that she needs to raise $10,000.00 before November to participate....CAN ANYONE HELP?<br />
<br />
The Amy Gillett Foundation is a recognised charity and the ride is not a race so all donations are tax deductable. Naomi is seeking your assistance to help raise the cash so she can ride the ride. <br />
