Incase you missed the news lately Global Warming is upon us and we need to do something about it, so in true layback Aussie fashion i urge kayakers to take advantage of those melting ice caps and the encroaching foreshore and cool off this summer :), now on a serious note lets see whats on the paddling horizon, kicking it off in Victoria with the Outlaws of Paddling.

Over the past two years Outlaw have been putting on some small downwind local paddling events in Victoria. However, this summer we are stepping things up and looking at attracting some international competitors to our events.

Victorian Outlaw Ocean Paddling Series for 2009/10 is bigger and better than anyone could have imagined. Warming water and 30+ degrees heat, gale force winds means the Victorian summer is look hot, warm and windy. There is also over $20 K in cash and prizes throughout both the FINN Outlaw Paddling Crit Series and the Outlaw Ocean Paddling Series.
