Come join the fun and excitement at the TEXAS QUEST Adventure Race. There will be fun wacky special test, fun challenging test, flat water paddles, smooth fast bike trails, awesome treks through beautiful forests, and a lifetime of memories!

This year TEXAS QUEST is being held in the HOUSTON area at Double Lakes Recreation area, about an hour north of Houston in the Sam Houston National Forest. Double Lakes Recreation Area is well known for its trails and terrain. It is also the home of GHORB "Big Ring Challenge" and TMBRA "Championship Series" The trails are friendly, smooth, and fast!

On site canoe rentals are also available during online registration.

4 Events to choose from:

Sprint - Beginner frinedly marked course - no navigation - anybody can do this race. Run, bike, paddle a marked courses - FUN, FUN,FUN

6 Hour - Navigation based race with all the fun elements of a 12 hour - just shorter, Trek, Boat drop paddle, Bike, Mystery events and CPS' to go get.

12 Hour - Navigation based race designed to push racers to the upper limits of their abilities. Trekking, Boat drops, Mystery events, Special test, CP's all packed in a 12 hour ball of fun. (USARA NAtional Qualifier)

Volunteering - Volunteering is an event all in itself - without you we could not put this race on! We are looking for individuals who enjoy the outdoors and have smiling faces! Friends and Family of racers are ideal for volunteering, you can volunteer will they are racing.
