Primary responsibilities:
• Keep track of specifications, bill of materials, timelines, and costing for all products in development.
• Create and implement product development schedules that meet key milestones set by Design management.
• Be a point person for information about all products in development for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service departments.
• Maintain a list of NEMO manufacturing resources.
• Work with the Web Content Manager to keep all information about NEMO products up to date.
• Prepare technical data packages for each product.
• Report product development progress to appropriate teams and higher level management.
Marketing Communications Senior Director
Primary responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative and strategic marketing communications plans in support of NEMO’s message and core principles.
• Direct, inspire, and manage new ad campaigns that reflect NEMO’s core emotional drivers.
• Utilize guerrilla and grassroots approaches to convey an authentic image of NEMO that replaces big budgets with creativity, talent and ambition.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget.
• Work closely with internal teams and outside consultants to redesign our current website, greatly expanding its breadth and functionality to build a highly innovative, interactive, content-rich NEMO web experience for retail and wholesale customers.
• Manage NEMO’s online presence and social media campaigns.
• Become an expert on NEMO products.
• Establish a consistent voice for NEMO and write compelling and effective copy.
• Collaborate with Sales and Design to develop product lines, identify consumer needs and key barriers, and create go-to-market plans.
• Work with Sales to create a synergy between the NEMO brand and its products, ensuring that both are effectively sold to the consumer.
• Oversee the development, distribution and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral.
• Connect the design team with current trends in the industry, the outdoors, health and wellness, and conservation.
Senior Sales Director
Primary responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategy and tactics, sales plans, and financial analysis to establish and achieve short and long term goals for revenue, profit and sales growth.
• Increase market share in existing markets and develop and implement plans for expanding NEMO’s global sales distribution.
• Manage and inspire the NEMO sales force. Act as an ambassador and role model for the entire NEMO sales team.
• Take primary responsibility for NEMO’s relationship with key accounts.
• Creatively explore new tactics and approaches for authentically offering the NEMO brand to the consumer.
• Pioneer a new B2C model, supported by a new highly innovative NEMO web presence, where all wholesale, retail, and government customers are all valued equally.
• Develop and manage the Sales budget.
• Become an expert on NEMO products.
• Work closely with Operations to turn sales forecasts into production plans.
• Collaborate with Design and Marketing to develop product lines, identify consumer needs and key barriers, and create go-to-market plans.
• Create a synergistic relationship with Marketing ensuring the “brand†is sold along with the “product†and the NEMO message is effectively communicated to the consumer.
• Collaborate with Marketing in the development, distribution and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral.
• Connect the design team with current trends in the industry, the outdoors, health and wellness, and conservation.
