Outdoors is where we’d all rather be! At least, that’s what we at Dare You Adventure believe!! We love to get outdoors and explore our country’s most amazing terrain and water-ways. And that’s what prompted us to create Dare You Adventure!
Robbie is an avid adventure racer and has competed in numerous events including the recent Adventure Racing World Championships in Tasmania. Sarah and John, who complete the team of DYA, are relatively new-timers to the sport of adventure racing, but love the outdoors!
We DARE YOU to join us and have a great Adventure………..but be warned, you may just have some awesome fun!
We have a number of events on our calendar for 2012, including City Raid, Coast Crusade, Wild Women Adventure Race and of course, Hells Bells/Fairy Bells.

City Raid is the first event on our calendar, set for February 24, 2012! Held in Brisbane’s CBD, City Raid is an “Amazing-Race” style event. Teams of 2 have 3 hours to navigate their way around a course collecting as many ‘check points’ as they can (in any order). Competitors can run/walk and use public transport such as buses/trains and ferries to get through the course. Some of the ‘check points’ are standard, others include ‘urban challenges’, and the value of each checkpoint will vary depending on location and type of challenge.
The race isn’t a straight test of the fittest. It has a lot of decision making and hence good team work, strategy, charisma and a sense of humor are fundamental to getting through the race!
