2013 ‘Dig Deep’ Peak District Races are now confirmed.

Dig Deep Races and Whirlow Hall Farm Trust are pleased to announce that the dates for the 2013 ‘Dig Deep’ Peak District Races are now confirmed.

Over two days 8.2 will be putting on the Ultra Tour of the Peak District (60 miles), the Dig Deep ‘Intro Ultra’ (30 miles), the 12.12 (12.12 miles) and the Whirlow 10k (6 miles). 4 great races, 1 great weekend!

The order for the weekend will be as follows: 13th July 2013 Ultra Tour of the Peak District (60 miles) and Dig Deep ‘Intro Ultra’ (30 miles) 14th July 2013 Whirlow 10k and 12.12 8.2 were the race organisers for the UTPD and the 12.12 (part of the 2012 Big Running Weekend races) and are looking forward to hosting the races again at Whirlow Hall Farm.

Whirlow Hall Farm Trust will, once again, be the main beneficiary. Ian Loombe, race director for the Dig Deep races, said ”We’re really excited to be able to bring the UTPD, 12.12 and Whirlow 10k Trail Challenge back again this year. We also have a new ‘shorter distance’ Ultra (Dig Deep Intro Ultra, 30 miles) for those who want to try something a bit shorter.

Whirlow Hall Farm Trust were also keen to make sure that these great races continued so it was an easy decision to make. Unfortunately Accelerate are not going to be able to be involved in the 2013 Dig Deep races.
