Outdoor Adventure Show Competition Winners

The SleepMonsters stand at the recent Outdoor Adventure Show at Olympia was a great success, as was our competition to ‘Win a Day Adventure Racing’.

The stand proved to be one of the busiest at the show, as in conjunction with ACE Races, Questars and endurancelife, we explained all about Adventure racing, and how to get involved. Some visitors had never heard of the sport, others had seen it on T.V. (mostly the recent BBC Series, ‘The Challenge’), and some wanted to have a go, but just didn’t know where to begin!

Over a thousand race packs were given out with information on how to get started in A.R. and nearly 500 people entered the competition, with the main prizes being a free entry to races and SleepMonsters Buffs for the runner’s up. The lucky winners were:

Peter Hannan (A free team entry to an ACE 1-day Adventure.)
Tom Woolgar (A free pairs entry to an endurancelife Classic or Classic Lite race.)
Dave Griffin (A free pairs entry to any Questars race.)
