From a fork in the trail somewhere in Bon Echo Park…Citytv…everywhere.

Citytv’s Dave Pinton is leaving the city behind, at least for one weekend in May.

If you didn't catch the announcement LIVE on Breakfast Television (BT) on April 20th, Frontier Adventure Racing is pleased to announce that Dave Pinton, Breakfast Television’s intrepid reporter, has accepted FAR's challenge to participate in the May 7th Salomon Adventure Challenge in Bon Echo.

But the Canadian AR community isn’t going to through Pinton into the sport without some help: tune into BT and experience first hand Dave's paddling, cycling and navigation preparation – with a little help from racers such as Supplierpipeline’s Bob Miller.

And Pinton will get further help from his teammate, who knows a thing or two about adventure racing. FAR has somehow managed to convince AR legend Dave Zietsma out of retirement and onto Pinton’s team.

Of course, two men do not an adventure racing team make, even if one of them is Dave Zietsma. Women Will...Race with Dave & Dave.
