Outpost Natural Foods is the newest Presenting Sponsor of the Laacke & Joys/Mid-America Extreme Urban Frog & Tadpole Adventure Races on June17th in Milwaukee, WI. Outpost Natural Foods is a consumer owned natural foods retailer with three locations in the greater Milwaukee area. They join Columbia Sportswear who earlier announced their sponsorship of this event that last year was the largest urban adventure race in the country with 100 teams.
We have something for everyone with the longer Urban Frog at 5-7 hours and the Urban Tadpole at 2-3 hours. Plus, no other event gives away so
