Pre Race Team Changes

Almost all teams have completed check-in, and are sorting (and resorting gear). Injuries in the last week to Team SPTU\'/Darn Tough\'s Steven Rief, and Team DART\'s Cyril Jay-Rayon just add another obstacle to the race.

When asked if Steven Rief would be replaced, Jeff Woods said \"I\'d rather have a 90% Steven Rief, than a 100% unknown\". Team Subaru USA just found out that there gear is on it\'s way back to Los Angeles! All teams will agree that getting to the START is the toughest part of the race!

There are 15 teams eligible to win the last FREE entry into the 2005 Adventure Race World Championship in New Zealand in November 2005.
