\'Mayhem\' was the word as teams competed to be the first onto the courses in Prison Break. As some of the final teams stumbled about in the dam, their team mates wondered if they\'d ever be away. But all the teams stepped up to the plate to complete the challenge and were finally off, onto the course. For mixed teams it was the Mountain Bike Leg, and for the Male & Female team the orienteering with a twist was first up. At Transition Area 4, the staff & officials were more than entertained with Flying Monkeys and some very dodgy renditions of various songs in the first Teva Fun One Challenge. Special mention must go to team 75 (The Brown Brothers) and their heart felt rendition of \'Better Be Home Soon\' which now holds pride of place in our Teva Fun One Hall of Fame! CLICK HERE TO VIEW
At \'It\'s a Numbers Game\' it was a fight between brains & brawn. Brains seemed to win at the end of the day, with the smart teams avoiding a trek down the rollercoaster of a hill for more clues.
At TA 10 the Silva \'Get Out There\' Challenge stumped a few teams, including team Mountain Designs, who wished they\'d had something more than a thumb compass! For those who had been observant and listened closely to the Pre-Race Safety Brief the Belanglo Bolt, was a walk in the park, for others, it was a long slog to pick up the letters and solve the secret puzzle.
