The Course is Revealed But No Map Yet

The AMAN - The Military Academy of Agulhas Negras hosted everyone involved with Ecomotion Pro 2006: athletes, staff, support crew and media. After the dinner provided by the race organization, everyone was directed to the theatre of the academy where a video and a live percussion group began the opening ceremony.

Said Neto, Race Director, said the race will be very difficult and Geoff Hunt was the “guilty party�. Hunt organises the AR World Championship and is in Brazil to evaluate Ecomotion Pro as the host of 2008 World Championships.

This year the race took place in Sweden and next year it will be hosted by Wilderness ARC, in Scotland.

“An event that wants to host the AR World Championship must make sure the course is correct, that there is good team tracking, a safety program in place, look after the media, and ensure the course is good and the teams go home happy�, said Hunt.See All Event Posts
