Brrrrrrrrr, Melbourne turns up the COLD

We thought we\'d covered all bases, but who\'d have thought snow skis and langlaufing would be the order of the day?. Yes, in another Teva first, snow welcomed in Teva 2006 in Melbourne. But as we scraped off the icicles, the madness of Prison Break, saw teams forget the cold in an attempt to be first onto the course to warm up those muscles.

The first Mountain Bike CP saw teams braving one of the old Victorian Railway tunnels to make their way under the railway and onto their first challenge to crack the Da Teva Code. Two letters of the code were strategically placed in the dam, and with the cold there was a lot of \'rock, scissors, paper\' going on to decide who would be the lucky team member to take on the water leg. Luckily organisers were extra nice and provided 2 canoes. Teams did have the option to swim, but surprisingly, not one team took up that option! Yes, Victorians are tough, but, not STUPID! After discovering the secret \'GO DO BE\' code, teams took on \'It\'s a Numbers Game\', and it was here that brains beat brawn to solve the Suduko puzzle.
