The Show is Back on the Snow

After the disruption caused by the accident left teams scattered around the course it’s become difficult to know which team is doing which race, as on-course reporter Leslie Quinton said in our last report. So here is a quick summary of who is where and doing what;

6 teams chose to follow the ‘long route’ – that is the shortened original course and they are Teams 01, 02, 09, 13, 16 and 14. Team 14 is ‘disqualified but has chosen to continue’ – another story to come out at finish!

3 teams chose are taking a shorter course after being pulled off the course during the recent emergency. They are teams 05, 06, 08.

- 9 teams have abandoned the race and the latest of these was Suburu, who were evacuated from Geai Bleu, close to PC 5, where they waited for a few hours, before the race organisation could reach them. There are being “checked to make sure they\'re in good health...probably some frostbites...normal thing under these conditions!�
