Kayak Lake Mead's Ay Up 12 Hour Night Race

We at Kayak Lake Mead are pleased to announce The AY UP 12hr Night Race is happening soon July 28-29!!! We are introducing Australian made AY UP bike lights, hottest on the market, to be sold in USA soon. Come out, see the other side of "Vegas Night Life".

This race course has been designed in true sprint style; lots of transitions, lots of action. Stay cool all night by racing in, on and around Lake Mead! Air Temp 80-90F. Water 78F

Pre-Race Happenings:
12Noon-3pm Saturday July 28 at the beautiful and treacherous mountain biking and hiking park Bootleg Canyon, Boulder City, NV.
Come on out and enjoy pre-race fuel Menu: Australian Style baked potato and coke $5. These potatoes will be stuffed with herbed butter, bolognese sauce, sour cream, cheese, and shredded cabbage. Yummy!

Boat Drop 12Noon-3pm Boulder Beach, Lake Mead National Recreation Area

Registration 12Noon-3:30pm Bootleg Canyon MTBike Park, Boulder City, NV

Pre-Race Meeting 3:45pm Bootleg Canyon MTBike Park, Boulder City, NV

Finish Line 9am cut-off time Sunday July 29 Bootleg Canyon MTBike Park

Post Race Happenings 9am-12noon Sunday July 29 at Bootleg Canyon. Menu: cold drinks, chx kabobs, veggie kabobs, and fresh fruit kabobs, FREE first come first serve.
