Instead of bush-crashing through the Quetico Park forest to CP6, the top teams have doubled back along the bike route - taking the long route!

Gears Racing must remember the grueling trek in last years Adventure Races in the Atikokan and Quetico Park areas. Instead of bush-crashing through old-growth-forest, these experienced teams are taking the longer way around!

Lead Race organizer, Garth Stromber, from Northside Paddler shrugged his shoulders and smiled as his team prepared the rack of Souris River Canoes for the final leg of the race.
