Length: 700 km

AlpacAttack – Two Countries, Six Stages, One Massive Adventure.

AlpacAttack starts its journey through Patagonia, Argentina, before crossing the Andes mountain range and continuing on through Chile to finish 700km later at the foot of Villarrica volcano in the stunning lakeside town of Pucon.

Along the way, riders will traverse a multitude of terrains and surfaces, including Aruacaria (Monkey Puzzle) forests, windswept steppe, volcanic lava fields, lake hugging gravel tracks, river crossings, mud, sand and rock.

The Patagonian climate also matches the terrain in terms of its variety; frosty mornings, baking sun, howling winds, rain and even snow can all be encountered during this epic test of mettle. Taking place in early autumn, competitors will also get to experience the multitude of colours in the flora, prevalent at this time of year.

With an average of over 115kms a day riding and 2 monster stages, including a final stage of 164km, AlpacAttack will test the endurance of the toughest of riders, whilst supplying a vista of spectacular scenery around every corner.
