Location: Cotopaxi, Canon City, Victor, Colorado Spring
The NOMAD is an epic 48 hour race full of adventure. This race is ideal to get your feet wet in multi-day adventure racing. Just finishing this race will be a feat; and clearing the course will earn you the elite title of NOMAD. Expect a rugged mountain adventure in the wilds of Colorado. The full race course will be extremely difficult but will have “short course” options for racers who don't want to do the entire course or who have missed cutoffs. This race will include gravel and single-track mountain biking, bushwhacking, boulder scrambling, trekking, strategic navigation and hair-raising whitewater rafting (guided).
