Location: South Africa's eastern escarpment
The Munga Trail is a non-stop 400km trail run. It is self supported and runners may not receive any assistance outside that provided by the race organisers. There are 10 water stations and 5 race villages, approximately 70-80km apart. At each race village runners will have access to food, a bed, a shower and charging facilities. There is a 120hour cut-off at the finish with rolling 24 cut-offs at each race village.
