Welcome Adventure Racers.  The Pocket Gopher Extreme 18 will be extremely tough!!!   This 18hr race is designed to challenge advanced Adventure Racing teams/soloists.  You will have the opportunity to bike across some of the most scenic areas in southern MN, MTB on challenging single-track trails, paddle on Lakes and rivers rarely paddled,  and navigate in some of the most challenging terrain MN has to offer. I want to stress this is an advanced race or a chance for intermediate racers to move to the next level.  While I will permit any team who wants to try to go for it, I don't recommend this race for 1st time racers.  The 12hr Extreme will be just as tough but for a shorter duration. The 12hr race is a great place for intermediate teams and even new teams who have experience in other endurance sports.    Do not hesitate sign up today.  The 18hr Extreme will be limited to 75 racers.  The 12hr is open unlimited.  Like all of our races,  we welcome teams of 2, 3, or 4 and soloists. This is a Wisconsin Adventure Racing Series points race.
