The ITERA course will be 500km long. Expected winning time c. 96 hours.

The shorter adventure race, ITERA-lite, will be c300km long. Expected winning time c55 hours.

Event HQ (including the Finish) will be the Badaguish Outdoor Centre near Aviemore in the Cairngorm Mountains. This is approx 3hours from Edinburgh and Glasgow Airports, and 1 hour from Inverness Airport (which links to several London airports).
