This off-road multisport event is now the first race in the British Quadrathlon Association National Points Series and so a great opportunity to earn some early Series Points.
The race consists of a 6 mile cross country run on a very scenic course over Ashdown Forest. Next, a 1.5 mile kayak section involving a number of portages around a weir. Finally, a testing 12 mile mountain bike ride with some technical, rooty sections and long uphill but fantastic downhill singletrack sections.
Open to individuals or mixed relay teams, either as a Triathlon or as a Biathlon - without the kayak section.
