Welcome to the Castlewood 8-Hour Adventure Race! This fast and fun race will take racers on an adventure through Castlewood State Park, near St. Louis, MO. Teams of 2 and 4 should be prepared for sweet singletrack, running, canoeing, hiking, orienteering and whatever else is necessary to get you to the finish line. Don\'t miss this last race of the season for Bonk Hard Racing, it is sure to be a good one!
WHAT: 5-10 hours of continuous mountain biking, paddling, running, trekking and navigation / orienteering!
WHERE: The Castlewood 8-Hour will take place at Castlewood State Park in Ballwin, Missouri.
WHEN: December 1, 2007
FORMAT: 2-person and 4-person teams only (male, female, co-ed)
