Located in the world renowned Ghost Wilderness area west of Waiporous Alberta will be the backdrop for this annual event. 75 kms and 12 hours to cover disciplines will include flatwater paddle, trekking, mountain biking, plenty of rope work and an orienteering section. This year we have made a couple of significant changes in the event: in the past it was open to firefighters only, this year we have opened it up to anyone who wishes to come and compete, the other significant change is the move from the traditional 4 person teams to 3 person teams. A shortened course option is available for new comers feeling the 12 hours too much of a stretch. The shortened course will offer all the same disciplines but will cover a 40km course.
