Based around the spring fed lakes at Box End Park, the course is fairly flat but there is a short section of landscaped hills in new woodland. All traffic free. Race distances :- Quadrathlon 750m o/w swim, 4.4k kayak (includes portage), 15k train bike, 5k trail run. Triathlon 400m o/w swim, 15k trail bike, 5k trail run.
